The apartments were well-equipped with modern furnishings and amenities. We enjoyed the breathtaking sea view from our balcony. The location was great, close to the airport and a short Didi ride away from the beach. The gym was well-maintained and we liked that it was usually empty. the laundry service was a great bonus and was provided free of charge.

The language barrier was a major issue, with most of the staff speaking little to no English. This made communication difficult and led to misunderstandings.

The location of the hotel was ideal, very close to the airport and just a short walk to the sea. the room was clean and well equipped, with everything just like in the photos. the staff were extremely polite and always happy to help, and the breakfast was delicious. the gym and swimming pool were also great facilities to have in the hotel.

The hotel could benefit from more English-speaking staff at the front desk, as communication was sometimes difficult.

I was impressed with the facilities at Oakwood Apartments. The gym was well-equipped and open 24/7, perfect for keeping up with my fitness routine. The room also exceeded my expectations with a mini kitchen that had an oven, which was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, the pool had a beautiful view and was a great place to relax. The breakfast offered a variety of choices that changed daily, and the laundry room had high-quality washing and drying machines available for free use. The underground parking facilities were also convenient. the facilities met and even exceeded my expectations.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as a slow check-in process and the staff's limited English proficiency at the check-in counter, the positives of my stay at Oakwood Apartments outweighed these minor inconveniences. The staff, especially Amy at the front desk, went above and beyond to ensure I had a great room with a view as requested.

The facilities were great, with a 24/7 gym, beautiful pool, and mini kitchen with an oven. The hotel has a fantastic location, very close to the airport, and just a short bike ride away from the sea. The breakfast was delicious with a civilized atmosphere.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel with exclusive amenities such as the indoor swimming pool, sun terrace, and private facilities. the staff was very hospitable and fulfilled our every need. the location advantages were also great, with a night market right in front of the hotel and a supermarket nearby for convenience.

The only minor issue we encountered was the restaurant, which offered limited options for dinner. the in-room breakfast and packed lunches made up for it.

During our romantic escape, we loved the spacious and clean room with a lovely balcony. the staff was kind and friendly, and we appreciated the fact that the beach was only a short walk away. the restaurant in the hotel offers delicious food which we enjoyed tremendously.

Although our experience was overall positive, there were a few negatives. the pool area was quite noisy and crowded, making it difficult to relax and enjoy ourselves.

The staff was lovely, the room big and clean, kitchen well-equipped, and the nearby night market was great for local food. The proximity to Sanya beach and the option of riding bikes were added bonuses.

Everything was fantastic.
